HOW DOES IT WORK?
We make it easy.
Dealing with car issues can be intimidating. You might not know where to go, who to trust or how much it will cost. You also have a busy schedule and your car can't always be your top priority. So, we take all that guessing out of the equation.
When you make a diagnostic appointment, we will follow up with a phone call to introduce ourselves and find out more information not just about your car, but about your needs and priorities as a vehicle owner. We may fix machines, but we work with people.
Once all the questions have been asked and the logistics have been squared away, we can confirm the appointment.
We hold ourselves to a high standard and offer a diagnostic guarantee. If we cannot diagnose your vehicle, your diagnostic appointment will be free!
Once your vehicle is diagnosed, we will let you know what is wrong with the vehicle, give you any repair options that may apply to your particular issue, a time frame in which it should be completed and an estimate for the repair. Many repairs can even be carried out on the same day.
Our goal is to provide a stress free experience in what is all too often a very stressful situation.
All of this from the comfort of your home or office leaving you free to carry out your day with as few interruptions as possible.
WHAT WE DO
We repair and maintain your vehicles on site, but the list of what we don't do is much shorter than the list of things that we will do. Mobile automotive repair does have some limitations.
Public roads
Although there may be an occasional exception, working on public roads is hazardous. For safety reasons, we will be happy to perform repairs in a driveway, privately owned parking lot or any general private property that can safely support a lifted vehicle.
Tire/wheel
Although we are happy to rotate your tires during a service or repair, mounting and balancing is not something we are equipped to carry out.
Engine/Transmission Removal
We are equipped for engine, transmission and other major component removal however many properties are not well suited for these types of repairs. They require time, space and shelter from the elements. We can carry out these types of repairs if the property can accommodate it.
Modifications
We repair vehicles to OE specifications however, we are happy to install factory upgrades.
Programming
Automotive technology is constantly changing and often proprietary. We occasionally come across a module or key fob that we can not communicate with properly. In most instances we can let you know ahead of time if we can tackle your programming needs.
